About the Role
Coscharis Group, a leading conglomerate in Nigeria with a diverse portfolio spanning automobiles, technology, and medical equipment, is seeking reliable and experienced drivers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our daily operations by providing safe, punctual, and professional driving services across various locations in Lagos, including Awoyaya, Ajah, Oworoshoki, and Yaba.
Key Responsibilities- Safely transport guests, staff, and company goods to designated locations in a timely manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness, general maintenance, and roadworthiness of assigned vehicles at all times.
- Conduct routine checks on vehicle components including fuel, oil, tires, and brakes, reporting any issues promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all Nigerian traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Assist passengers with luggage and deliver courteous, professional customer service during all trips.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and travel logs.
- Ensure all vehicle documents, such as insurance and registration papers, remain valid and current.
- Minimum of SSCE/WASSCE qualification with verifiable professional driving experience.
- Must be able to proficiently drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
- Possession of a valid Nigerian driver's license and a current LASDRI card with a clean driving record.
- Deep familiarity with Lagos routes, major highways, traffic regulations, and defensive driving practices.
- Residency in or close proximity to specified areas such as Awoyaya, Yaba, Oworoshoki, Mushin, Oshodi, or Ajah.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings when required.
