About the Role

We are currently recruiting a dynamic and experienced Expatriate Milling Officer to oversee and optimize our client's state-of-the-art rice milling operations, ensuring maximum productivity, superior product quality, and strict adherence to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee end-to-end rice milling operations to achieve daily production targets, optimal product yield, and superior quality.
- Manage comprehensive equipment maintenance schedules, troubleshooting protocols, and proactive breakdown prevention.
- Participate actively in plant installation, commissioning, expansion, and modernization projects.
- Supervise, mentor, and train milling operators, technicians, and local production staff.
- Monitor raw material inventory, spare parts utilization, production efficiency, and overall operational costs.
- Ensure strict compliance with industry quality standards, standard operating procedures, and occupational safety requirements.
- Prepare detailed production reports and analyze operational performance metrics for continuous improvement.
- B.Tech, B.E., Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
- 6 to 10 years of relevant hands-on experience in the rice milling industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in milling production, preventative maintenance, and shift operations management.
- Proven background in plant installation, commissioning, equipment erection, and mechanical alignment.
- Strong technical knowledge of rice milling machinery, paddy quality assessment, milling recovery, and process optimization.
- Excellent troubleshooting, leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
