We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide seamless administrative and strategic support to our leadership team, ensuring efficient daily operations in a fast-paced medical environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate high-level meetings for hospital executives.
- Draft, edit, and proofread professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and internal memos.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and maintain a secure filing system.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for executive staff and visiting medical partners.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between executive management, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
- Take accurate minutes during executive meetings and follow up on pending action items across various hospital units.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience working as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role, preferably within healthcare or corporate environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern calendar management tools.
