About the Role
Dame Chops and Events is a dynamic and growing lifestyle company located in Alimosho Bus Stop, Iyana-paja, Lagos. Alongside our event services, we specialize in supplying affordable, high-quality double padded ovens and mixers delivered nationwide across Nigeria. We are currently looking for a vibrant and organized Event Services Attendant to join our creative team and help deliver exceptional experiences for our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and manage events from conception to completion in alignment with client requirements, target audiences, and objectives.
- Develop innovative suggestions and strategies to enhance overall event success and guest satisfaction.
- Prepare comprehensive event budgets and ensure strict financial adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
- Source, vet, and negotiate contracts with reliable vendors, suppliers, and service personnel such as DJs and caterers.
- Coordinate day-to-day event operations, lead promotional activities, and supervise all on-site staff.
- Conduct thorough pre-event quality checks and proactively resolve any operational issues that may arise.
- Analyze post-event success metrics and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience working as an event coordinator or in a similar hospitality role.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Familiarity with event management KPIs, marketing techniques, and industry best practices.
- Computer literacy with high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and vendor negotiation abilities.
- Outstanding organizational skills and a strong customer-service orientation.
