Key Responsibilities- Manage client enquiries, bookings, and comprehensive event schedules to ensure optimal facility utilization.
- Coordinate and oversee the successful planning and end-to-end execution of diverse corporate events and activities.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to increase patronage, drive revenue, and enhance customer retention.
- Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clients, corporate partners, and key service providers.
- Supervise on-site staff and ensure efficient, high-standard day-to-day operations of the facility.
- Oversee intricate event logistics, resource allocation, and stringent service delivery standards.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and operational policies across all events.
- Monitor performance metrics, prepare detailed operational reports, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Proven professional experience in event management, facility management, hospitality operations, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales, attract high-value clients, and build enduring customer relationships.
- Strong experience supervising teams, coordinating complex operations, and managing service delivery.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Professional certifications in Event Management or Health and Safety will be an added advantage.
