We are currently looking for a motivated and dynamic Entry Level Trainee (Supervisor) to join our expanding team and grow into a future retail leader.
Key Responsibilities- Assist store supervisors and management in daily retail operations and floor management.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure merchandise is properly displayed and priced.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
- Supervise junior store assistants and ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.
- Prepare shift reports, sales summaries, and assist in daily administrative store duties.
- Collaborate with various department teams to drive sales targets and improve store performance.
- Possession of a Bachelor Degree, HND, or OND in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates with a passion for retail are strongly encouraged to apply.
