We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified Primary English Teacher to join our esteemed faculty. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in broadening our students' experiences of the world, fostering a deep love for literature and language, and guiding them toward informed and responsible citizenship.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive English lessons tailored to primary school students.
- Develop comprehensive schemes of work and daily lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum.
- Assess, monitor, and record students' progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
- Create a vibrant, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment that encourages active participation.
- Collaborate with fellow educators, school administration, and parents to support holistic student development.
- Participate in school extracurricular activities, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), B.A.(Ed), or a relevant degree with a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE).
- Minimum of 2 years of proven teaching experience within a recognized primary school setting.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
- Demonstrated passion for child development and inclusive education practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Teacher registration or certification with relevant professional bodies is an added advantage.
