Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and effective English lessons tailored to the learning needs of primary and elementary students.
- Maintain proactive classroom management and ensure pupil welfare in strict alignment with school standards and safeguarding policies.
- Prepare students thoroughly for internal assessments and relevant external examinations.
- Design comprehensive lesson plans, track student academic progress, and provide constructive feedback to pupils and parents.
- Participate actively in extracurricular activities, school events, and collaborative departmental meetings.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed), English Language, Literature, or a related field.
- Proven teaching experience within a reputable primary or elementary school setting.
- Strong knowledge of modern pedagogical approaches and primary English curricula.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
