Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and effective English Literature lessons aligned with international curriculum standards.
- Prepare students thoroughly for Cambridge IGCSE and Cambridge International AS & A-Level examinations.
- Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth.
- Create a stimulating, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and a love for literature.
- Participate actively in school-wide activities, professional development programs, and pastoral duties within our boarding community.
- Relevant academic qualifications, such as a Bachelor's degree in English Literature, Education, or a related field.
- Demonstrable teaching competence and a strong track record of academic success in the subject area.
- Recognised Cambridge International AS & A-Level teaching certifications or Cambridge IGCSE teaching certifications will be a distinct advantage.
- Proven experience teaching in a reputable international or British-curriculum secondary school.
- Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to Christian educational values.
