Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive English language lessons tailored to preschool and primary school students.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum to enhance reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Create a supportive, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and positive behavior.
- Assess and monitor student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to students and detailed reports to parents.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school staff to organize school events, literacy programs, and extracurricular activities.
- Integrate modern teaching aids and interactive technologies into daily lessons to improve student comprehension and engagement.
- Possess a relevant educational certification (such as NCE, B.Ed, or B.A. in English Education or a related field).
- Demonstrated prior teaching experience within a reputable preschool or primary school setting.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Genuine passion for early childhood and primary education with a patient and empathetic approach.
