About the Role

In this role, you will inspire students, foster a love for literature, and develop their communication skills within a stimulating and supportive academic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a tidy, organized, and orderly classroom environment conducive to effective learning and student engagement.
- Create, prepare, and distribute comprehensive educational content including lecture notes, study summaries, and assignments.
- Assess, evaluate, and accurately record students’ academic progress while providing constructive grades and feedback.
- Design dynamic lesson plans that align with the curriculum and cater to diverse learning styles.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a collaborative school community.
- Minimum of an NCE or B.Ed. qualification in English Language, Literature, or a related educational field.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven professional experience as a teacher in a recognized educational institution.
- Excellent communicability, verbal, and written interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and classroom management.
