We are currently seeking a skilled Fixed Equipment Strategy Specialist II to join our dynamic team and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and facilitate comprehensive fixed equipment strategy development for the site.
- Provide expert materials engineering support for routine operations and major turnaround activities.
- Manage facility-wide maintenance functions to ensure the availability of safe, high-quality, and responsive repair services.
- Oversee preventive, routine, non-routine, and emergency maintenance capabilities.
- Provide leadership, development, and motivation to internal teams to maximize operational efficiency and foster cooperation.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering within a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong working knowledge of discipline design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of software programs.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with a strong grasp of technical and business terminology.
