About the Role
Amaiden Energy Nigeria Limited is a premier provider of technical staffing, inspection, and procurement services to the Nigerian oil and gas industry. We are currently seeking a skilled Engineering Drill Team Quality Representative II to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will provide functional guidance to the Drill Team Quality Representative network, ensuring all operations align with the highest quality management standards and global best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Implement the Drill Team Quality Management Program and provide oversight of contractors QMS implementation.
- Coordinate with company QA/QC during the goods manufacturing phase and manage documentation for purchased goods.
- Implement Non-Conformance Report (NCR) and Deficiency Report (DR) systems effectively.
- Coordinate equipment failure investigations and lead root cause analysis.
- Conduct and coordinate Quality Management System assessments across operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology from a recognized institution.
- Extensive experience in oilfield-related work and drilling and completions engineering or operations.
- Thorough knowledge of sound quality assurance practices and industry standards including API, ISO 9001, ASNT, and NACE.
- Completion of an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor course with advanced knowledge of ASNT inspection practices and DS-1 drill string inspections.
