We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Engagement Assistant with three years of experience to support our dynamic engagement team in creating meaningful stakeholder connections across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in developing and executing engagement strategies that align with our organizational goals and mission.
- Contribute to the creation and curation of compelling content to keep stakeholders informed and interested.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify engagement trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development and public health, on joint projects and initiatives.
- Collect, aggregate, and analyze stakeholder feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct interactions.
- Monitor and analyze engagement metrics and customer satisfaction data to measure strategy effectiveness.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar engagement, communications, or public relations role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling content and interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks, strict deadlines, and shifting priorities.
- Basic analytical skills to interpret data, track metrics, and draw actionable insights for decision-making.
