We are currently seeking a talented and strategic Email Designer and Strategist to lead our email marketing initiatives. In this hybrid role based in Lagos, you will spearhead the creation of compelling email templates, develop comprehensive campaign strategies, and drive both engagement and revenue. You will work in close collaboration with our creative, content, and marketing teams to ensure every campaign perfectly aligns with the unique voice and personal identity of our esteemed clients.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, design, and execute high-impact email marketing campaigns including newsletters, launches, and promotional events.
- Segment subscriber lists strategically to maximize engagement while ensuring optimal deliverability rates.
- Craft persuasive copy and stunning visuals using design tools like Canva and Figma to match the luxury brand voice.
- Analyze comprehensive campaign performance metrics such as open rates, CTR, and conversions to deliver actionable insights.
- Implement rigorous A/B testing frameworks to continuously improve email marketing effectiveness and conversion rates.
- Maintain and optimize email marketing systems, automation workflows, templates, and reporting dashboards.
- Proven professional experience in email marketing for premium brands, talent agencies, or lifestyle businesses.
- Strong technical proficiency in leading email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, and ActiveCampaign.
- Demonstrated expertise in segmentation, personalization, deliverability best practices, and funnel optimization.
- Exceptional copywriting, visual design, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Ability to interpret complex analytics and make data-driven decisions to scale campaign success.
- Highly organized with a meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
