Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive lessons aligned with the approved elementary curriculum.
- Create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and regular reports to parents and school management.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively and foster positive social interactions among students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials, organize school events, and participate in staff meetings.
- Integrate modern teaching aids and technology to enhance the learning experience for young minds.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), B.Sc with PGDE, or NCE in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven teaching experience in an elementary or primary school setting.
- Strong passion for child education, moral development, and holistic learning.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic school environment.
