Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Economics lessons in accordance with the approved curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
- Utilize modern educational technology and ICT tools to enhance classroom instruction.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administration on curriculum development and extracurricular activities.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance and behavioral development.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed., B.A.Ed., or B.Sc.Ed.) with a specialization in Economics or a related field.
- Valid Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) certification or a strong willingness to obtain it promptly.
- Minimum of two years of active teaching experience in a reputable educational institution.
- Thorough understanding of the secondary school Economics curriculum and modern pedagogical approaches.
- Exceptional classroom management, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing ICT and educational technology tools for virtual and physical teaching.
