Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging daily lessons tailored to the developmental needs of Nursery 2 pupils.
- Create a stimulating, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that encourages positive social interaction and active learning.
- Monitor, assess, and document each child's academic, social, and emotional progress, providing regular feedback to parents.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies that promote positive behavior and independence.
- Organize interactive educational activities, including arts, crafts, storytelling, and play-based learning.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school administration to enhance the early childhood curriculum and school events.
- Possession of an NCE, B.Ed, B.A. (Ed), or relevant academic qualifications in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Proven teaching experience within a reputable nursery or early years school environment.
- Deep understanding of early childhood development principles and modern pedagogical approaches.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
