About the Role
Genesis Group, a leading Nigerian conglomerate spanning hospitality, entertainment, and retail, is looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Manager to scale our digital operations. In this role, you will spearhead our online growth, enhance user experience, and drive revenue through strategic digital marketing and seamless operational execution.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and optimize the online platform to ensure a user-friendly, on-brand, and secure shopping experience.
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns including email, PPC, SEO, and social media to increase web traffic and revenue.
- Manage product listings, dynamic pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to maximize sales conversions.
- Analyze key performance indicators such as traffic, conversion rates, Average Order Value (AOV), and Return on Investment (ROI) to guide strategic decisions.
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory management teams to ensure smooth fulfillment and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven professional experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or retail management.
- Demonstrated proficiency in major e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
- Strong technical expertise in Google Analytics, SEO/SEM strategies, and modern CRM tools.
