About the Role

We are currently looking for a skilled and courteous Driver to join our dynamic transport team in Lagos, ensuring seamless, safe, and comfortable travel experiences for our guests and staff members alike.
Key Responsibilities- Drive hotel vehicles safely and responsibly for guest airport transfers, staff movements, and approved operational errands.
- Plan efficient routes and confirm pickup details in advance to guarantee timely arrivals and departures.
- Carry out comprehensive daily vehicle checks, monitoring fluid levels and tire pressure, and report mechanical defects promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of all hotel vehicles and meticulously log trip details, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
- Assist arriving and departing guests with luggage handling while delivering polite, discreet, and professional customer service.
- Strictly adhere to Nigerian traffic laws, safety regulations, and internal hotel transport operating procedures at all times.
- Minimum of an SSCE qualification paired with a valid, current Nigerian driver’s licence.
- At least 3 years of verifiable professional driving experience, preferably within the hospitality, hotel, or corporate transport sector.
- Strong knowledge of Lagos and Abuja road networks, traffic patterns, and basic vehicle troubleshooting.
- Exemplary safety habits, punctuality, high emotional intelligence, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
- Flexibility to work on rotational shifts, including weekends, nights, and public holidays as operational demands require.
