About the Role
Dicalo Consulting Group is a leading management consulting firm offering comprehensive business solutions, setup services, and advisory expertise. We are currently looking for a dedicated and safety-conscious Driver to join our dynamic team in Lagos. In this role, you will play a vital part in our daily operations by ensuring the safe and timely movement of staff and official materials across the Mainland and Island.
Key Responsibilities- Safely transport company staff and authorized personnel to designated destinations across Lagos and its environs.
- Navigate efficiently through Lagos traffic using deep route knowledge, shortcuts, and GPS navigation tools like Google Maps.
- Conduct daily routine vehicle inspections, checking oil levels, fuel, tire pressure, and braking systems.
- Maintain the cleanliness and general good condition of the company vehicle at all times.
- Promptly report any mechanical faults, maintenance needs, or traffic incidents to management.
- Adhere strictly to all Nigerian traffic laws, road safety regulations, and internal company policies.
- Keep accurate and updated records of all trips, mileage logs, and fuel consumption.
- Execute official errands and provide general logistical support as assigned by the organization.
- Minimum of an SSCE or OND qualification.
- Possession of a valid and current Nigerian Driver’s License with a clean traffic record.
- 3 to 5 years of professional driving experience navigating the terrain of Lagos.
- Exceptional familiarity with both Lagos Mainland and Island routes.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and effective communication.
- High level of personal integrity, punctuality, and professional discipline.
- Physically fit with good eyesight and stamina for transit duties.
- Must currently reside in Lagos.
