About the Role
Penafort Energy Limited, an indigenous Nigerian company established in 2011, operates in the downstream oil and gas and food and beverage sectors. We are recruiting a professional Driver to join our dynamic team and provide reliable transportation services across our operations.
We seek a dedicated, experienced, and safety-conscious Driver to transport company personnel, goods, and official documents to designated locations. The successful candidate will maintain assigned vehicles to the highest standards, ensure strict compliance with traffic laws, and uphold our commitment to road safety and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Safely transport staff, goods, and official documents to designated locations
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness and roadworthiness standards
- Comply with all traffic laws and company driving policies
- Maintain accurate vehicle movement and maintenance records
- Report vehicle faults, accidents, or maintenance needs promptly to Management
- Ensure security and proper handling of items during transit
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Management
- Minimum SSCE or equivalent qualification
- Valid Nigerian Driver's Licence
- Minimum 3 years of professional driving experience
- Proficiency in Lagos road networks and traffic regulations
- Strong defensive driving and vehicle handling skills
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and reliability
