About the Role
Erisco Foods Limited, a leading indigenous manufacturer of quality food products in Nigeria, is seeking a responsible and experienced Driver to join our dynamic team in Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our logistics and sales units by providing safe and efficient transportation.
Key Responsibilities- Safely transport the sales team and company goods to designated destinations across Lagos State.
- Maintain company vehicles in pristine condition by performing routine daily checks, regular washing, cleaning, and basic maintenance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date logbooks documenting all vehicle movements, mileage, and fuel consumption.
- Immediately report any accidents, injuries, vehicle damages, or mechanical faults to the logistics supervisor.
- Utilize GPS systems, maps, and route-planning tools to navigate Lagos traffic efficiently and punctually.
- Minimum of an FSLC, SSCE, OND, or NCE qualification with at least 2 years of professional driving experience.
- Must possess a valid Nigerian Driver's License and a current LASDRI certification.
- Proficient in driving both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Lagos routes, traffic laws, and road safety regulations.
- Exceptional punctuality, reliability, and effective communication skills.
- Must reside within Ikeja, Ogba, Agege, or immediate environs for ease of reporting.
