About the Role
Whassan Nigeria Limited (WENL), alongside our affiliate Adasa Catering Services Ltd, has been a trusted leader in providing premium catering and facilities management services since 1982. We are currently seeking a well-detailed, well-mannered, and well-coordinated Driver to join our dynamic industrial kitchen environment and ensure the safe and timely transportation of goods, staff, and materials.
Key Responsibilities- Safely transport industrial kitchen supplies, food items, and equipment to designated locations across Nigeria.
- Maintain company vehicles in optimal working condition by conducting routine checks on oil, water, tire pressure, and brake systems.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving.
- Plan efficient delivery routes to ensure timely arrival and optimal fuel consumption.
- Assist with the loading and offloading of goods and materials as required.
- Maintain accurate logs of all trips, vehicle maintenance records, and fuel purchases.
- Represent the company professionally and courteously in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Minimum of SSCE or equivalent relevant educational qualification.
- Proven professional driving experience, preferably within an industrial, corporate, or hospitality environment.
- Possession of a valid and current Nigerian driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent knowledge of local routes, traffic regulations, and geography.
- Strong communication skills, punctuality, and a well-mannered, disciplined disposition.
