In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the highest standards of quality assurance and operational safety across our drilling operations, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve our shared mission and vision.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and inspect drilling operations to ensure strict adherence to quality control procedures and industry standards.
- Collaborate closely with drill teams, contractors, and clients to resolve quality-related issues promptly and efficiently.
- Conduct thorough audits of equipment, materials, and processes used on-site to verify compliance with company specifications.
- Document and report all quality non-conformances, implementing corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
- Promote a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across all project phases.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional certification in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within the oil, gas, or drilling sector.
- Strong understanding of international quality standards, drilling operations, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
