As a key player in our port operations, you will serve as the real-time coordination hub for centralized equipment deployment, monitoring, and control. Key Responsibilities- Manage the deployment, reallocation, and optimal distribution of all Cargo Handling Equipment such as RTGs, MHCs, Terminal Trucks, and Reach Stackers across shifts.
- Monitor live terminal operations and equipment productivity using the Terminal Operating System (TOS) to identify bottlenecks and initiate corrective actions.
- Ensure seamless alignment between yard activities, gate processes, and vessel loading operations to maintain steady cargo flow.
- Maintain clear, real-time communication with Yard Coordinators, Marine teams, and Plant operators while keeping accurate shift logs.
- Support data integrity within the TOS platform and assist in preparing comprehensive operational performance reports.
- Minimum of an HND or Bachelor Degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in terminal operations, dispatching, yard management, or control room functions.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Cargo Handling Equipment operations and Terminal Operating Software (TOS).
- Strong situational awareness, multitasking abilities, and exceptional decision-making skills under pressure.
