About the Role
Lisse Africa is currently recruiting reliable and experienced Dispatch Riders for one of the fastest-growing logistics companies in Lagos. This is an incredible entrepreneurship opportunity structured as a hire-purchase partnership, allowing dedicated riders to own their motorcycles outright after one year of consistent operation.
Key Responsibilities- Promptly and safely pick up and deliver packages, documents, and goods across designated routes in Lagos.
- Maintain proper handling of all items in transit to ensure zero damage or loss.
- Plan efficient daily delivery routes to meet strict time schedules.
- Maintain accurate delivery records, customer sign-offs, and transaction logs.
- Perform routine daily checks on the motorcycle to ensure optimal working condition.
- Provide exceptional customer service and represent the logistics brand professionally.
- Minimum of an SSCE qualification.
- Good ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- At least 1 year of proven professional experience working as a Dispatch Rider in Lagos.
- Must possess a valid rider's license and good knowledge of Lagos geography and routes.
- Must be able to provide two reliable and verifiable guarantors residing in Lagos.
