About the Role

We are currently looking for a professional and dedicated Dispatch Rider to join our growing team in Lagos. In this role, you will play a vital part in our operations by ensuring our quality food reaches customers safely, promptly, and in pristine condition, maintaining the high standards our patrons have come to expect.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver food orders promptly and safely to designated customer locations within Ijora and surrounding areas.
- Maintain impeccable personal hygiene and ensure delivery boxes are clean and sanitized at all times.
- Provide polite and professional customer service during every interaction.
- Obey all traffic laws, road signs, and safety regulations while navigating routes.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on the assigned motorcycle to ensure it remains in optimal working condition.
- Report any delivery delays, traffic issues, or vehicle malfunctions immediately to management.
- Minimum of an OND qualification from a recognized institution.
- At least 2 years of proven work experience as a professional dispatch rider, preferably within the food or hospitality sector.
- Must possess a valid and current rider's permit.
- Excellent knowledge of Ijora, Lagos mainland, and surrounding routes.
- Strong commitment to road safety and adherence to traffic regulations.
- Proximity to Ijora is mandatory, as accommodation is not provided.
- Competitive net monthly salary of N80,000 to N100,000.
