About the Role
KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation is seeking a visionary Director of Strategic Partnerships and Resource Mobilization to lead our institutional growth and long-term sustainability in Nigeria. In this executive role, you will spearhead our resource mobilization, business development, and strategic partnership strategies, helping us diversify funding beyond traditional donor grants. You will position KNCV Nigeria as a leading African institution for health systems strengthening, implementation science, digital health, and AI-enabled innovations. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, you will play a pivotal role in achieving a world free of tuberculosis through effective, efficient, and sustainable global health strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement KNCV Nigeria's comprehensive Resource Mobilization and Sustainability Strategy to build a robust multi-year funding pipeline.
- Diversify funding sources by engaging bilateral and multilateral agencies, philanthropic foundations, private sector partners, impact investors, and domestic financing mechanisms.
- Lead business development efforts, coordinate high-quality grant proposals, and manage consortium-building for competitive funding opportunities.
- Establish, negotiate, and manage high-value strategic relationships with government bodies, development partners, academia, and technology companies.
- Identify new revenue-generating opportunities including consulting, digital health solutions, training, and technical assistance.
- Serve as the primary focal point for donor engagement, market intelligence, and organizational visibility at high-level global health forums.
- Master's Degree or higher in Public Health, Business Administration, International Development, Health Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in global health, strategic partnerships, business development, or resource mobilization.
- Proven track record of securing large-scale, competitive grants and successfully leading multi-partner consortia.
- Deep understanding of donor landscapes, health systems strengthening, implementation science, and digital health innovations.
- Exceptional negotiation, networking, proposal development, and executive communication skills.
