We are currently seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership across our upstream oil and gas activities, driving safe, efficient, and commercially sustainable operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide overarching strategic and operational leadership for upstream oil and gas operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams and critical operational assets to maximize efficiency, productivity, and safety.
  • Oversee operational risk management, strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance, and adherence to industry standards.
  • Drive commercial, financial, and strategic planning initiatives to foster business growth and profitability.
  • Engage and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and technical partners.
  • Optimize production processes and operational workflows across drilling, procurement, and HR outsourcing divisions.

Qualifications
  • 15 to 18 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry, with extensive background in upstream operations.
  • Proven senior executive leadership experience in oil and gas operations, production, or asset management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of upstream oil and gas operations and advanced production processes.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large multidisciplinary teams and high-value operational assets.
  • Expert knowledge of HSE regulations, operational risk frameworks, and international industry standards.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen, financial management, and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Outstanding leadership, stakeholder management, and high-stakes decision-making skills.
