U-Connect Human Resources Consulting is seeking a smart, driven, and result-oriented Direct Sales Agent (DSA) to join our growing sales team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our client's market presence by identifying new business opportunities, building lasting customer relationships, and driving revenue growth within your assigned territory. Key Responsibilities- Identify and prospect new customers to promote and sell the institution's financial products and services.
- Achieve and consistently exceed assigned monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Stay well-informed about industry market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs.
- Prepare, organize, and submit accurate daily and weekly sales reports to the management team.
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or BSc in any discipline from a recognized institution.
- Candidate age must not be more than 35 years old.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience working within a financial institution or a related sector.
- Smart, intelligent, and highly motivated fresh graduates with a strong flair for sales will also be considered.
- Possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly target-driven with a passion for sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively as part of a team.
- Competitive net monthly salary of N125,000.
