We are currently looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our online presence, engage prospective students, and accelerate our enrolment growth through targeted digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies spanning SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Create compelling, high-converting content including blog posts, videos, infographics, and inspiring student success stories.
- Manage and grow our official social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
- Design and optimize automated email marketing workflows to nurture prospective students from initial enquiry to final application.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn to maximize return on investment.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as conversion rates, cost-per-click, and overall campaign ROI using Google Analytics and CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven professional experience in digital marketing, preferably within the education or edtech sector.
- Strong technical expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills, alongside basic visual design awareness using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
