Fhemfel Homes is a fast-growing real estate, hospitality, investment, and project management firm. We are seeking a creative and skilled Cinematographer to join our vibrant media team. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality photo and video content for luxury property listings, active project sites, corporate events, and high-impact marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate possesses an exceptional eye for detail, modern storytelling techniques, lighting, and visual composition to produce content that significantly elevates our brand identity and drives property sales across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Capture high-resolution videos and photographs of residential properties, commercial project sites, and company activities.
- Plan and execute professional video shoots for property walkthrough tours, promotional marketing campaigns, client interviews, and corporate events.
- Edit, color-grade, and produce engaging video content optimized for social media platforms, websites, and digital marketing materials.
- Operate and meticulously maintain professional cameras, drones, lighting kits, and audio production equipment.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and media team to brainstorm creative concepts, storyboards, and innovative content ideas.
- Ensure all visual assets consistently align with the corporate brand identity and overarching company goals.
- Conduct thorough location assessments and prepare shooting setups to achieve optimal visual results.
- Manage organized video and photo digital archives, ensuring secure file storage and easy retrieval.
- Stay constantly updated on emerging industry trends, advanced editing techniques, and cinematography best practices.
- Proven professional experience working as a Cinematographer, Videographer, or in a closely related media production role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in industry-standard video editing and post-production software.
- Hands-on experience operating professional DSLR or mirrorless cameras, drones, lighting setups, and external audio gear.
- Strong creative vision, visual storytelling aptitude, and technical editing skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure, and consistently meet strict project deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Prior commercial experience in real estate media production or property marketing will be a distinct advantage.
