About the Role
Eko Maintenance Limited is a rapidly growing Facility Management Company specializing in the maintenance of high-rise building facilities, with our office located in Victoria Island, Lagos. We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketer to develop and implement impactful digital strategies that increase brand awareness, drive online engagement, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing and social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create compelling copywriting, graphics using Canva, and multimedia content aligned with brand identity.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive lead generation.
- Monitor and improve basic website SEO, track web traffic, and analyze visitor behavior.
- Track campaign performance metrics, generate regular analytics reports, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Execute email marketing campaigns, manage customer databases, and nurture leads to encourage conversions.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of proven digital marketing experience, particularly in social media management and content creation.
- Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, and digital advertising tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO, lead generation, and email marketing best practices.
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and analytical skills with a creative approach to problem-solving.
