DO.II Designs Ltd. is a renowned leader in luxury furniture manufacturing, bespoke interior design, space planning, and turnkey remodeling projects for high-end residential, hospitality, and corporate markets. With over 25 years of excellence and award-winning craftsmanship, we are looking for a talented Digital Communications Officer to elevate our online presence, engage our sophisticated clientele, and drive premium sales growth across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Craft and publish compelling stories, videos, and visual narratives highlighting our premium furniture craftsmanship, factory production, and showroom setups.
- Plan, execute, and manage monthly content calendars and digital campaigns to drive platform traffic, follower growth, and brand loyalty.
- Maintain a cohesive visual and messaging identity across all digital touchpoints, aligning online branding with our physical showroom experiences.
- Monitor platforms daily to engage our audience, foster community loyalty, and ensure all online inquiries are addressed promptly.
- Track, analyze, and deliver monthly reports on digital campaign performances using Google Analytics and Meta Insights to optimize KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Showroom Sales, and Project Teams to source impactful narratives and integrate communication materials.
- Minimum of an HND or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of active experience in digital marketing, social media management, creative content creation, and basic graphic design.
- Proficiency in handling photography/videography equipment and mobile/desktop creative tools like Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, and InShot.
- Hands-on experience managing social media platforms and running targeted ad campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Exceptional organizational skills, keen aesthetic attention to detail, and a strong creative flair suited for the luxury design industry.
