We are currently seeking a dynamic and target-driven Deposit Mobilization Officer to join our growing team and help expand our financial footprint across the Nigerian market. In this vital role, you will be at the forefront of our business growth, connecting individuals and small business owners with innovative banking solutions designed to empower their financial futures.
Key Responsibilities- Mobilize retail and commercial deposits aggressively to meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly growth targets.
- Acquire new customers, build long-term professional relationships, and implement effective strategies to retain existing depositors.
- Market a wide range of bank products and services while proactively identifying new business opportunities in the market.
- Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports of mobilization activities and portfolio performance.
- Ensure strict adherence to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulatory compliance standards during customer onboarding.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of post-NYSC experience in banking sales, marketing, or customer relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly target-driven, persuasive, and proactive mindset with solid knowledge of deposit products and regulatory requirements.
