We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Dental Therapist to join our dynamic team and help us continue delivering top-tier oral healthcare to our growing patient base.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine dental treatments, including scaling and polishing, restorative procedures, and preventive care.
- Educate patients of all ages on proper oral hygiene practices and effective preventive dental care techniques.
- Assist dentists during complex cosmetic, restorative, and orthodontic procedures as required.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient dental records and treatment histories in compliance with clinic standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control, sterilization protocols, and safety guidelines within the clinic.
- Manage patient anxiety and create a comforting, welcoming environment throughout their visit.
- Possess a relevant degree or national diploma in Dental Therapy from a recognized institution.
- Valid practicing license and registration with the appropriate regulatory body in Nigeria.
- Proven clinical experience working in a modern dental clinic or hospital environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and patient-management skills.
