Having empowered over 70,000 learners and guided more than 70 corporate clients in data structuring and strategy, we are expanding our dynamic team. We are currently seeking passionate professionals to join us as Data Associates across various specializations, including Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Data Science, Agile Project Management, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Product Design, Health Tech Data Analysis, Health Tech Business Analysis, and FA & HR Analytics.
Key Responsibilities- Support seamless program delivery within your specific area of specialization by assisting with learner engagement and project coordination.
- Grade participant assignments, provide constructive feedback, and guide learners through key milestones to ensure successful course completion.
- Facilitate administrative activities that enhance the overall learning experience and maintain high retention rates across cohorts.
- Collaborate with the training and consulting teams to continuously improve curriculum delivery and student support mechanisms.
- Demonstrated expertise in one of the listed specializations, backed by relevant professional or academic experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills with a passion for teaching and coaching others.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple administrative and learner-support tasks efficiently.
