Key Responsibilities- Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from academic, administrative, and financial sources.
- Analyze student performance, attendance, and enrollment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Generate comprehensive reports and data visualizations to assist school management in making informed, strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with teachers and administrative staff to assess the effectiveness of our Montessori, Early Years, and British curricula programs.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure proper database management practices are strictly followed across the institution.
- Present findings and actionable recommendations to school leadership during regular review meetings.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience working as a Data Analyst, preferably within the education sector or a similar corporate environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Python.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into simple insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Must reside in or be willing to commute to Magbon, Badagry, Lagos.
