We are currently looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team and help transform raw data into actionable business intelligence for our esteemed clients.
Key Responsibilities- Collect, clean, and interpret large and complex datasets from multiple sources to identify meaningful trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualisations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Perform rigorous statistical analysis to evaluate the success of ongoing projects and operational strategies.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality across all assigned reporting processes.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven professional experience working in a data analysis or business intelligence role.
- Expert-level proficiency in utilizing industry-standard data analysis software and tools such as SQL, Python, R, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical audiences clearly.
