About the Role
Prestigious Consulting Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Support Officer to join our team in Port Harcourt. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring every inquiry and challenge is met with professionalism and efficiency. You will also provide crucial operational support to the Operations Manager, helping to streamline daily branch activities and maintain our high standards of service excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide timely, professional solutions and coordinate comprehensive after-sales support including warranties, repairs, and returns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer feedback, issue resolutions, and daily operational activities.
- Collaborate closely with Branch Managers, sales teams, and technical departments to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
- Support the Operations Manager with daily administrative coordination, tracking pending requests, and preparing routine reports.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree, HND, or OND in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Bring 1 to 3 years of proven customer service experience, ideally within retail, consumer electronics, or telecommunications.
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, email management, and professional chat platforms like WhatsApp.
- Must currently reside in Port Harcourt and be ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
