About the Role
Grace Court Schools, a highly reputable and forward-thinking educational institution located in Awka, Anambra State, is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Christian Religious Studies (CRS) Teacher. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the moral, spiritual, and academic development of our students, fostering an environment of discipline, integrity, and academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and comprehensive CRS lessons in accordance with the approved school curriculum.
- Design lesson plans that encourage critical thinking, moral reflection, and active student participation.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate academic records.
- Instill strong moral values and ethical standards in students through mentorship and guidance.
- Participate actively in school events, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- Maintain a safe, orderly, and positive classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
- Possession of a Bachelor Degree in Education (B.Ed) or a relevant discipline; a Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) is an added advantage.
- Proven teaching experience delivering Christian Religious Studies in a recognized school environment.
- Must be God-fearing with a high level of integrity and professional ethics.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Must be a passionate educator committed to holistic student success.
- Mandatory requirement: Interested candidates must currently reside in Awka, Anambra State.
