Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive Christian Religious Studies lessons in line with the approved curriculum.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to effective learning and moral growth.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate academic records.
- Encourage active student participation through thought-provoking discussions, ethical debates, and practical moral applications.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to organize school events, chapel services, and extracurricular activities.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance, behavior, and overall development.
- Minimum of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), Bachelor of Arts (B.A), or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Christian Religious Studies or a related field.
- Prior teaching experience in a reputable school environment will be a distinct added advantage.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional classroom management skills with the ability to maintain order and engagement.
- Self-driven, highly dedicated, and genuinely passionate about teaching and mentoring young people.
- Must currently reside in Awka, Anambra State, or be able to resume conveniently.
