Working closely with senior management, you will coordinate assignments, maintain compliance with maritime standards, and support seamless onboarding. Key Responsibilities- Assist in scheduling and assigning qualified crew members to vessels based on operational requirements and certifications.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date digital and physical records of all crew licenses, medicals, and availability.
- Monitor and ensure strict crew compliance with local and international safety, training, and regulatory standards.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for the onboarding process, including travel logistics and proper documentation.
- Communicate assignments, schedules, and operational updates to crew members clearly and promptly.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and address crew-related inquiries proactively to maintain optimal operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience handling crewing operations in the maritime industry.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with specialized crewing software or databases.
