About the Role
Entourage Integrated Trust Limited, a leading investment company specializing in lending, leasing, venture capital, and microfinance, is seeking a dedicated and analytical Credit Officer to join our dynamic team in Makurdi. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping clients secure timely financing while safeguarding the company's financial interests through thorough risk evaluation and efficient portfolio management. Key Responsibilities- Review incoming loan requests and assess clients comprehensive financial statuses.
- Evaluate creditworthiness, calculate risk ratios, and approve or reject loan applications.
- Contact clients directly to gather necessary financial data, documentation, and verification details.
- Set up structured payment plans and maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all loan applications.
- Execute daily and weekly repayment collections to ensure healthy portfolio performance.
- Monitor the progress of existing loans and proactively follow up with clients regarding loan renewals.
- Proven work experience as a Credit Officer, Loan Officer, or in a similar financial role.
- Comprehensive understanding of lending procedures, financial products, and risk management principles.
- Proficiency in creating and processing financial spreadsheets and reports.
- Strong analytical skills paired with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Minimum qualification of NCE, OND, HND, or BSc in Banking and Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated customer service experience with a client-first mindset.
- Competitive starting salary of 112,000 NGN monthly.
