Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive creative strategies aligned with editorial vision and audience engagement goals
- Lead and mentor the creative team to produce high-quality multimedia content across digital platforms
- Oversee content ideation, conceptualization, and production standards
- Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to enhance brand storytelling and audience reach
- Monitor industry trends and implement innovative creative approaches in digital journalism
- Ensure all creative output maintains journalistic integrity and brand consistency
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in media companies or journalism environments
- Proven expertise in creative direction and content strategy development
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in digital content management and multimedia platforms
- Deep understanding of journalism ethics and editorial standards
- Proximity to Ikeja is highly advantageous
