Key Responsibilities- Collaborate on brainstorming and developing creative concepts for social media campaigns.
- Assist with video filming, professional photography, and behind-the-scenes content capture.
- Edit highly engaging short-form videos and visual assets using modern digital tools.
- Manage, schedule, and publish content seamlessly across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Research emerging trends, relevant hashtags, and growth strategies to boost audience engagement.
- Coordinate logistics for media shoots, including sourcing props, outfits, and booking locations.
- Support community management by actively responding to comments, direct messages, and inquiries.
- Provide reliable on-set assistance during live sessions, video shoots, and brand collaborations.
- Track content calendars, strict deadlines, and partnership deliverables efficiently.
- Handle light administrative tasks such as professional email correspondence and calendar scheduling.
- Genuine passion for social media, content creation, pop culture, and digital entertainment.
- Proficient with popular mobile and desktop editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, and Canva.
- Strong, up-to-date knowledge of trends and algorithmic best practices on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Available for a hybrid work arrangement combining remote tasks with physical presence for shoots in Lekki, Lagos.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines consistently.
