We are currently seeking an experienced and analytical Corporate Finance Manager to join our corporate team in Nigeria. In this critical leadership role, you will spearhead our funding, treasury, investment, and financial strategy initiatives to accelerate organizational growth and maximize value creation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead corporate finance, treasury, and strategic funding activities to support business expansion.
- Develop robust financial models, long-term forecasts, and detailed business analyses.
- Manage organizational liquidity, working capital, and maintain strong relationships with commercial banks and financial institutions.
- Evaluate potential investments, capital projects, mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
- Drive debt financing and capital-raising initiatives from conception to execution.
- Provide actionable financial insights and advisory to executive leadership for high-level decision-making.
- Ensure stringent compliance, financial governance, and proactive risk management across all financial operations.
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification is strictly required.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) is an added advantage.
- 8 to 12 years of demonstrable experience in Corporate Finance, Treasury, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, or Financial Management.
- Advanced expertise in financial modelling, company valuation, and quantitative financial analysis.
- Prior working experience in manufacturing or import-dependent industries within Nigeria will be a distinct advantage.
