Key Responsibilities- Lead corporate finance, treasury, and strategic funding activities to support long-term business goals.
- Develop advanced financial models, comprehensive forecasts, and insightful strategic business analyses.
- Manage organizational liquidity, working capital efficiency, and key banking relationships.
- Evaluate potential investments, capital projects, strategic acquisitions, and corporate partnerships.
- Drive debt financing and capital-raising initiatives from conception to successful execution.
- Provide actionable financial insights and advisory to executive leadership for informed decision-making.
- Ensure strict regulatory compliance, financial governance, and effective corporate risk management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Mandatory CFA qualification; an MBA is considered a strong added advantage.
- 8 to 12 years of demonstrable experience in Corporate Finance, Treasury, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, or Financial Management.
- Rare and essential combination of solid investment banking background and hands-on treasury management experience.
- Prior working experience in manufacturing or import-dependent industries will be a distinct advantage.
