About the Role
Solar Nigachem Limited is a trusted industry leader providing specialized solutions across mining, road construction, defense projects, quarries, and infrastructural development. We are currently looking for a professional and safety-conscious Corporate Driver to join our dynamic team in Lagos. In this role, you will be responsible for providing reliable and secure transportation for our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and other designated executives, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to all traffic regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Safely drive the CFO and other designated staff members to official engagements, meetings, and corporate events.
- Operate and manage semi-computerized and modern company vehicles efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness, proper functioning, and routine maintenance of assigned vehicles.
- Ensure vehicle logbooks are accurately filled out and updated on a daily basis.
- Report any mechanical faults promptly to the designated department.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company driving policies at all times.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and punctuality.
- Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime when required.
- Minimum of an SSCE, OND, NCE, or equivalent academic qualification.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and a valid LASDRI permit.
- 4 to 10 years of proven professional driving experience, preferably as a corporate or executive driver.
- Extensive knowledge of Lagos road networks, routes, and traffic regulations.
- Certification in defensive driving will be considered a strong added advantage.
